The screenings are conducted by highly qualified clinicians certified in dermoscopy and equipped with imaging tools (e.g., Foto Finder) for in-depth assessment of suspicious skin lesions. The check typically includes a head-to-toe exam, an employee health history, UV-exposure assessment, and referral if needed.

Your site should provide a private space (e.g., a room) with access to power, decent lighting, and two chairs plus a small table. This allows a comfortable and professional setting for the screening process.

After the screening, a de-identified summary of findings is provided to the organisation, along with recommendations for any policy or wellness-program adjustments. Ongoing support is available — including annual reminders for follow-up checks.

To ensure availability and to allow proper planning for employee scheduling, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance. This gives us time to coordinate travel, equipment, and prepare any pre-check educational resources for your staff.
